- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times
- Cancellation Within Trial: If you cancel during your trial period
- Downgrade Requests: Prorated refund when downgrading plans

Refund Methods & Timeframes:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to original card
- Bank Transfers: 3-7 business days to original account
- Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days (PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.)
- SEPA Transfers: 1-3 business days for EU accounts
Partial Refunds:
For subscription services used partially, we calculate prorated refunds based on:
- Number of days remaining in billing cycle
- Actual platform usage and data processing
- Features and services consumed
- Storage and bandwidth utilized
Currency & Exchange Rates:
- Refunds are processed in the original currency of payment
- If currency conversion is required, current market rates apply
- Any bank fees or conversion charges are the responsibility of the customer
